Silver Magnetron Sputtering

Magnetron sputtering is one of the most widely used techniques for producing thin-film coatings. In this process, a dense plasma confined within a magnetic field generates a stable flux of sputtered silver atoms that deposit onto the Teflon® substrate. The resulting thin silver layer condenses uniformly on the Teflon®, providing a reliable, high-reflectance Silver Teflon® tape.

ITO Conductive Film Deposition

Indium tin oxide (ITO) is the industry standard for transparent conductive films due to its robustness, favorable sheet resistance range, and high transmission across the UV–visible and near-infrared spectra. ITO coatings offer excellent electrical conductivity while maintaining superior optical transparency.
