Silver Magnetron Sputtering
Magnetron sputtering is one of the most widely used techniques for producing thin-film coatings. In this process, a dense plasma confined within a magnetic field generates a stable flux of sputtered silver atoms that deposit onto the Teflon® substrate. The resulting thin silver layer condenses uniformly on the Teflon®, providing a reliable, high-reflectance Silver Teflon® tape.
ITO Conductive Film Deposition
Indium tin oxide (ITO) is the industry standard for transparent conductive films due to its robustness, favorable sheet resistance range, and high transmission across the UV-Vis-NIR spectrum. ITO coatings offer excellent electrical conductivity while maintaining superior optical transparency.
